what is the band 6 cut off for senior science ?
what raw mark should we be aiming for at least ?

what do you mean by ""cutt off"?? do you mean by what marks you must get in order to get a band 6?
if so, it's 90-100.

It's actually a little more complicated than that! See this guide :)

Unfortunately there is no raw-mark data available for Senior Science, but I imagine the cut off would be reasonably close to 90  - Aim as high as you can ;D
