Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has any tips on studying for listening tasks... Even after I do all the workbook ones, I just worry i wont understand a word of what they say in the actual task!
Any suggestions?
Thanks heaps..

Hey there! I haven't studied German. But...
When I've done language listening tasks before I've often found I'm better at listening to female voices rather than male voices. So by identifying this weakness, I could then approach my study by focusing on male voices (often deeper, sometimes more gruff) in order to make sure I was attending to my weakness. I found listen to music in the target language got me used to hearing words in a way that aren't ridiculously clear and articulated, because they're obviously sung to a rhythm. This might not be your style, but it worked for me :)

Ok cool, that's a great tip!
I'll have a listen to a few german songs etc. and hopefully I'll improve!
Thanks heaps...
