Hey guys,
I know there’s no definite answer, but I was wondering if past UMAT takers can tell me if they got a reminder a week or two before results came out that results where coming out?
And if they didn’t give you reminder, how did you know on the day that UMAT results came out?

No, you don’t get any reminders. ACER just sends you an email saying you can access your results online.

Well if you think that’s bad, apparently for many many years before 2017 the UMAT typically came around the second half of September (15th onwards). Last year it came out on the 5th. Imagine the shock :’)

Lmao does that mean that the class of 2017 got their UMAT results unexpectedly early and had their ATARs leaked early through that text message scandal!?

Yeah last year UMAT was the furthest thing from my mind since it was early September and then just as recess started I was leaving class and pulled out my phone and my friend had sent me a message saying UMAT results were out. Safe to say my heart rate was through the roof as I was logging in the check.

Oh no. The last place I want to be when I open my results is school.

Yes - to add to this I was in class when the results came out and it was not nice. Firstly because it was so unexpected, secondly, because I was at SCHOOL!! No way you want something so important gettingn released while at school. People were crying and it was terrible.
