Post by: costargh on December 23, 2008, 04:17:06 pm
What google searches allow internet users to get to VCENotes?

I know that VCE notes comes up with the site but what else?

These are what I typed in where VCE notes was the first result:

- Notes for VCE
- VCE online notes
- Student community for VCE notes (we're on top of BoS!!!)

Yeah, to cut a long story short, I suck at Google searches. :S

But without the word 'notes', since that appears in the link itself, we're pretty much undetectable ._."

You type "costargh" in Google and the first result is:

Will costargh get 25 for Methods CAS?

What other words would students type into Google in substitution for 'notes'? :S (and when we type in 'XXX trial exams, BoS appears but VN doesn't :S)

Well if people are just looking for a VCE community or whatever, then BoS will be their first site to go to. I know because I started off on BoS but eventually found myself here due to a rogue post which mentioned this site :]

Actually I would say "ENTER calculator" into google. Lots of people want one, and it links here.

If this is about getting more members, I'd say for graduates to contact their school and promote it there.

I think that's how most people found VN. I know I still PM people on BoS letting them know about the site. I found VN through Dan15's ENTER calc.
