I think you are asking about the two different classes in comparison? haha

Well Health really focuses on world health, sustainability, programs and diseases, Government and non- government organizations in promoting health, self health, nutrition+vitamins, determinants of health and everything in between.
Physical education looks at energy systems of the body, training programs, Physical activity guidelines, drugs in sport, adaptations from exercise, muscular, respiratory and cardiovascular systems.

that's really basic but I hope it covers what you were asking haha :)

Having completed Health last year, and PE this year, I can tell you there is next to no overlaps. Probably the only thing that gets mentioned in a health class that would also get mentioned in a PE class is the split of carbs/fats/protein in a basic diet.

The only overlap I can think of is the Glycemic index..
