Title: Anybody here have the 3/4 Food Solutions textbook?

Hey friends! Hopefully this is okay but does anyone here have the 3/4 Food Solutions textbook (the one published by Pearsons)? Currently reminiscing about one of the recipes we made from the textbook and am craving it so so much but I unfortunately don't have the textbook anymore :( Would someone please kindly share the recipe with me - it was for a pear cake or a cake with pears as an ingredient (maybe apples?)
