Since each school has a different grading scale for an A+, A, B+ etc, what mark would be needed to achieve the B+ and A average to meet the prerequisites of the UMEP program.

Many umep programs require you to have done unit 3/4, in which case 40+ study score is fine.
If the course doesn't need unit 3/4 to already be completed prior and you haven't done 3/4 yet, then around 85% + school teacher approval of course.

What percentage would you need for all your other subjects for an average of B+?

Whatever your school gives. They legit don't fuss too much about it. Most school reports don't include a numerical grade anyway so they usually use letters. If you really needed one, low 80s% I'd say?
