Title: Is it possible to get a premier's award in economics without a 50?
Post by: Stormbreaker-X on November 02, 2021, 04:49:24 pm
For some reason I really like that premier's award, but unfortunately the subject I do is quite popular. If I don't get a 50 but I scored 46 or higher is there a chance I can still get the premier's award?

In a subject that isn't a small subject, it is highly unlikely.

Premier's Awards are only given to a top few students — you can get a 50 and still not be eligible. They're only given out to students with below 50 if it's a really small subject (think some VET or smaller LOTE subjects) iirc. Economics is decent sized so no, it would not be possible.

Regardless, good luck for your exams, and I hope you achieve a score you're happy with.

Edit: I am a slow typer, lm21074 beat me to it.
