Hello everyone,
How accurate is the Deakin study score calculator? Do you guys think it usually underestimates or overestimates? Also, if anyone has had experience comparing the predicted score with your actual score, can you please share?

I think it tends to overestimate a bit.

Is your opinion based on experience or intuition? I’m just rlly worried, since I sat the Methods exam today and don’t think I did well enough for a 45...tryna use the calc to see how much I need on tomorrow’s exam.

Experience, but then again there are other factors which the Deakin study score calculator does not take into account.

slightly overestimated for me in study scores, for my score last year it overestimated by 1 i.e. if u got 30 with the same marks it said 31.

Hey there,
All these study score calculators are horrifyingly inaccurate, as it very much depends on the exam difficulty year to year.
This is just personal experience, but using my actual exam scores I was predicted to get a 46 by Deakin calculator and 45 by the 10 Minute Quiz calculator...
This even includes the ATAR calculators out there. Take the "predictions" with a grain of salt, and just focus on what you can control. Good luck to everyone for exam 2!
