Do the practice exams from past years, but also do extra reading and listening if you can!

Listen actively. Don't just have it on in the background and forget about it, but actually try to understand what's going on. Don't worry if you can't understand most of it - you're not supposed to be able to. But it is good practice to get your ear attuned to the sound, rhythm, tone of Deutsch.

Two of the most highly regarded newspapers in Deutschland. Good for learning some new vocabulary, or even just to see how all that boring grammar you've learned in class actually gets put to practice. See if you can spot uses of subjunctive, passive, plusquamperfekt (I don't know how to say that in English, LOL :-[)

It's just the pluperfect or past perfect in English!
Deutsche Welle are good, and they do langsam gesprochene Nachrichten every day which are interesting.
If the newspapers are too boring, try BRAVO magazin or Sowieso - youth magazines...

I found Audiobooks were fantastic. For my reading and listening. I got my hands on audiobooks of Harry Potter 1-5 by Rufus Beck, and i was able to read along a German PDF with the audio. It really helped my listening comprehension and reading skills. It felt as if they were written for German learners as opposed to fluent German speakers.
Just thought id throw that in there!
Any reading or listening helps :)
