i used these crappy ones for my oral(topic: stamp collections) due to my lack of artistic talents- the examiners, however, seemed quite impressed about it.
just something to give you a rough idea, you could make a much better one than mine, lol

I though we werent allowed to have chinese writing on it :S But that's just what I heard from my teacher. She said we could only have a title and english is okay O_O

I wouldn't even suggest putting any text on the pictures. Just show the pictures to the examiners and explain what is going on/what it is your showing them.

Well I wasn't adviced about that rule when I did Chinese in 2008, and it wasn't stated in VCAA exam regulations? The study design might have changed, since your Teacher/s said so :) just follow what your teachers say~ and thanks for your advice~
we are also looking forward to more inputs from 10ers so that everyone can be better informed about this course :P

Hm well my chinese school teacher said its fine as long as its just pictures.
The only chinese words you can have is your topic title. eg. 月饼
