Imaginary/personal writing style

I've got a SAC coming up where we're told we have to do a writing piece on one of those two writing styles for any text type.
I was just wondering if anyone has notes/ideas that are good for that writing style or possibly and good essay examples they've written.
I'm not too confident about my writing ATM so looking to prepare as much as possible before the SAC.
Thanks :]

ok don't know if this is abit late, but i find personal to be easier because you just need to stick to the structure, and only come up with a few good sentences yourself

hm.. i guess whatever suits your taste, it's just i found evaluative more easy to "pre-pepare", as my intro and ending were almost always the same and i memorised those 2 paragraphs and made sure i used alot of good 'cheng yu' in those 2 paragraphs.

also evaluative you can write more about on the topic, 2 paragraphs for 'for' and 2 paragraphs for 'against'. So you don't have to write as much per paragraph when compared to say persuasive.

yeah you should stack up a list of cheng yu and memorise them, that way you can use them whenever you want :)

But examiners are quite fussy about the over use of cheng yu, so you must be careful where and how you use them.
