Apart from the guilt that is evident in this poem what is Harwood possibly exploring in relation to cancer?

I think they're about a realisation of death in the first, then the idea kind of haunts her (2 and 3) and then she's finally like you know what screw death it's gonna happen anyway so I'm gonna live my life (4).

Night and dreams 3 - who is an expert on that? Like what are some words/phrases you would analyse from that to build on an interpretation? I always get stuck with it. It's so random.
