10 mark question predictions?

What do you think the 10 mark question will be tomorrow.

I'm hoping for "Apply Kotters theory of change management to a company that you have studied."

BUT

I think it'll be more like "Discuss a change management issue and apply it to an organisation you have studied. What is the main issue causing the change? What was/will be the effect of the change on the organisation?"

What's the chance of a 10 marker being related to Leadership?
If so how would it be worded to warrant 10 marks?
I can't see myself writing that much about it, even if I am relating it my case.

well that's why I want some suggestions, so that I can look at all of them in relation to my case and see if I could actually answer it all effectively

sorry I don't understand what you mean, I guess the question could be something along the lines of "What are the key characteristics that successful leader must possess during change" and then something about relating it back to the organisation you have studied? maybe..
