Compare and contrast structures

For a question like this are we allowed to compare and contrast a geographical structure with a product based structure?
Or is that not acceptable as they are both division structures so essentially what im doing is comparing a divisional with a divisional. hope that makes sense

I would compare functional with a product based divisional.. avoids lost marks in case comparing divisional/divisional isn't allowed.
