This is what I posted about the camp back in January, in reference to going to the immersion camp in Year 12, 2011:

"I went to the Alliance francaise de melbourne camp early in like... february perhaps?
It was very good, a great way to really start reflecting on how much effort you'll be putting into French this year and seeing how you deal with French speaking in a weekend (regardless of going on an exchange or not...) could be eye opening to see how much you value your skills or are willing to work hard at it this year! alternatively you might find the camp a source of reassurance that your level of french is fantastic so you should keep the good work up!"

I don't know how it's run this year, but there was a placement brochure. So you fill out these questions to ensure you're in the right section when you go to do practice exams on that weekend. If you have a tutor, make sure they don't help you with the questions. I was very thankful for being put in the most appropriate group that challenged my French.
