1. Analyse why organisations need to have a positive culture, how do they maintain a social and ethical responsible culture
2. Why is it important for Corporate Culture covering social and ethical responsibility?

I think those two questions are interrelated, hopefully you'll understand the question

3. Describe the four ways you can identify an organisations Corporate Culture

1) Positive corporate cultures lead to motivated employees with higher morale, and reduced staff absenteeism and staff turnover. This leads to greater profitability for the company.
2) I didn't have any questions related to this, so not sure.
3) Four ways - Physical signs (Uniform, layout of buildings), publishing aspects (slogan, logo), underlying assumptions (behaviour), and the way of life (spoken word).
