1) Question in 4.7 of justice and outcomes which asks about the 5 main rights protected by the Charter, what are the 5 MAIN?
or do they mean categories which there would only be 4...democratic,mobility,equality and legal rights

2) Enforcement of rights in Canada, the book goes through the complaints-based approach but I'm assuming Canada also uses the watchdog approach and it can use the interpretive approach as the supreme court can simply declare legislation invalid without someone bringing a case before it?

OH and also the exact definition of a sunset clause?
Which part of that overriding process is actually named 'sunset clause'
