Has any of you guys know your subject starting date? I remember some subjects start on February but I haven't got my start date yet, it still appears as "TBC" on the website and I have no idea when to prepare for it now.
If you're doing UMEP on campus, you will start on March 3rd. Otherwise you should get an email from the uni.

Just a quick question, how do you guys prioritise UMEP? I mean everybody knows that it just counts as 10% increment, hence, comparing to other VCE subjects, do you guys think we should spend more time on VCE rather than UMEP? I'm going 5 VCE subjects this year + UMEP = 6. Need a bit of advice just to manage my time better.
Cheers

Definitely. It is often said that a UMEP subject is like half a VCE subject. Not sure if this is the case for all UMEP subjects but UMEP maths only has two exams at the end of the year, both of which take place after VCE exams, so you will have ample time to cram. Focus on your VCE subjects. Just ensure that you know roughly what is going on in the UMEP subject you are studying and complete all the assignments days in advance. If you learn the content well the first time, you will forget it during VCE exam period, but it will all come back to you when you revisit the content after VCE is complete. That way you won't overload your brain during VCE exams, and will be able to reap rewards from both worlds. :)
