'In the month' wording, in questions.

Hey guys,
got another question for you guys. Currently doing budgeting at the moment, and it seems like when it says 80% of credit customers pay in the month after invoice, with the other 20% paying in the second month after being charged.

Does this mean that if the sale was made in June, 80% would've been collected in June and the 20% would be collected in July or does it mean that 80% are collected in July and the 20% are collected in August?

I also have the other question of the example. It is Zaita's policy to pay creditors in the month after purchase. (Zaita's the name) Does this mean if the goods were purchased in August then it's paid in august or in September.

You can find this question in the Macmillan VCE Accounting Units 1&2, page 143, Exercise 8.6.

Thank you everyone for your responses.
