Persuasive Oral Presentation

So for an upcoming SAC we have to provide a persuasive oral presentation based on the Safe Schools Program. We have to present at least a 5 minute oral presentation on our view of this issue (either for or against) 

I'm a bit stuck on finding something unique and interesting, to hook my class in and keep them engaged as well as put up a really strong persuasive argument! I'm aiming to get a really good mark but am stuck for some really good hooks and arguments.

Please if anyone could help it would greatly appreciated :)
