Answering Japanese Questions in Exam

Hey guys,
for the Japanese exam, Section B where we have to answer the reading questions in Japan, should we just copy the answer (of course, removing parts that are unnecessary)? How much do we have to alter it?

Generally you must reword the answer as much as you can without losing the key information. Try to find a balance.
