Hi I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's worth memorizing case studies to support answers for the exam. Will it increase your marks?

Hello, welcome to the forums!

As a current Year 12 Legal Studies student, I'd have to say yes. I'm not currently filtering through my notes and correlating all relevant Acts & Court Cases, linking them to SD dot points and ensuring I have at least a few to apply to extended response questions in Section A.

Hope that helps!
