Going Ahead in Specialists

Hello Everybody!
It's a new year and hopefully everybody else is doing well for their year 12 studies. I'm currently a few chapters ahead in specialist and was wondering how ahead I should be. I don't want to cruise through the course to only forget half of it. Either from your advice or experience, please share me your thoughts.
Thanks  ;)

I'm doing the same, they way i'm doing it is doing notes and reviews during class when they get up to the topic and then moving ahead in excersizes for hw. The first SAC is meant to be like the methods one, aka dummy thiccc, so getting ahead so you have alot of time can be good.
"Don't give up, and don't put too much effort into things that don't matter"-Albert Einstein, probably.
