Naming Hydrocarbons

How would you name a hydrocarbon like this?

I don't even know if the hydrocarbon pictured is even a thing, but the idea of having branches within branched confused me so I thought I would ask.

It is a thing but not at VCE level.

The molecule you've shown is
3-tert-butyl-2,2,4,4-tetramethylhexane
