Does anybody else find it more annoying to do high school work now that you know what uni work is like? For me, I've just finished Introductory Microeconomics and VCE just seems so much less interesting in comparison.

yeah uni is far more interesting, and so much more content, cramming for it actually makes vce seem like it could be crammed in about one day for perfection haha.. like i actually want to cram a whole unit 4 course study into one day for vce now knowing that if uni chem can be done partially in one day, vce can x100 easier.

Economics is the oppostie. In VCE it's basically just knowledge, and at uni it's entirely application.

Yeah I also found you could cram soo easily for UMEP Biology :P.
But.. it wasn't really an application exam like VCE Biology.. it was a knowledge test lol.. almost like year 10 haha :P

haha yeah they try and test you at uni and not try and trick you^^
so maybe cramming for vce is not possible... whatever, we will be finished with it soon ><

Oh, definitely. Enhancement studies definitely prepare you for uni in that it makes it seem much more interesting than high school.

Definitely! and i went back and did the vce biology unit 4 exam for 2011 ( just at home for kicks) after my UMEP biology exam and found it such a walk in the park, wondering why i was such a stress head last year :P It's a whole different learning environment and i find i work better in with that sort of independent learning :) Cannot wait to get to uni!
