Oh and btw just in case you guys don't know, you don't need to know the amendments made to WorkChoices, but you SHOULD know the difference between Industrial Relations and Employee Relations (they aren't the same thing!!)

Thank God we don't need to know WorkChoices :D. I saw it on one of the practice exams and pretty much just ignored it :\. Anyways, thanks for the list.

Just think industrial- industry-government based
              employee- employee-employer based
