You'd have to be able to answer questions such as;
Identify and describe two ethical issues which could face the manager throughout the change process. (ESM question)
OR
Identify and describe two ethical issues which may face the manager during the merger process. (or whatever your Significant Change Issue is)

When hiring/letting go of employees, do it in an ethical manner (Treat others how you would want to be treated)

Anyways, Ethics (In Bus Man) can go die in a hole IMO haha

All the ethics questions on every SAC can be answered in a similar way, eg sensitivity at termination, fair pay, job security, listen to staff concerns, provide support for retrenched employees, be transparent, etc etc etc.

I agree, ethics can go and die in a hole. Hopefully there's some eight mark question on the exam about ethics, 8 very easy marks, however irritating the topic may be.
