Legal students, are we limited in the amount of case studies we use on the exam?

Also can someone provide me with a recent case regarding the doctrine of 'responsible government'......... all I have is the insulation rant! :\

What do you mean by are we limited? As in, should we not use too many?

Do we need a case for responsible government? Or is that just an extra thing to impress the examiners? ;)

I think it's good if you use more case studies... I was hoping to get your oppinions on something too, should I go with vietnam & conscription demonstrations or the taxi drivers demonstration in 2008 for an example of demonstrations/protests?

Taxi drivers is more recent but vietnam was larger scale... and both were semi-succesfull :S

As in, it's not really in the study design to know examples for all these things, but it looks better to the examiner and might get you a few extra marks!! Definitely a good thing :D

Hmmmm yeah I'm sure it's better to have them, we don't have many :( Of course we have them for things like high court interpretation etc. but not for little things where it's not strictly necessary. Might have to do some hunting....

I suppose if you get really sick of it you could do something else for a while to break it up!! :)
