I think it also depends heavily on which subject it is, e.g. a science subject vs. an arts subject.

did you end up getting a 5.5

i got a 5
VCE 2008 Enter: 97.15

English, 32
Chemistry, 42
Methods, 46
Specialist, 41
Business Management, 38
Umep Maths, <64 P>

Nope, I got a 5. But it doesn't really bother me much, I'm too focused on being happy about my ENTER lol!

I certainly hope I can join the UMEP group with only a 42 for methods and A/A+ for GMA under my belt.

You definitely ought to be able to - one of the guys in my UMEP class got 39 for methods in yr11 and an A average for GMA.

Thanks for the hope, humph. I just got to wait for the school reports to arrive; It's a bit scary as I've heard UoM cares a lot for punctuality (I've got two days).

dont be nervous they're actually not strict at all, a friend of mine didnt fit any of the criteria they asked for except having an A average in maths and he got in
