Title: requesting statement of marks

so I sent an email to VCAA (based on the contact on the form here) requesting a statement of marks, however, they didn't send a read receipt. Anyone who has applied for this before: how long do they take to reply via email?

I specifically asked for a read receipt (and I sent the email an hour after study scores were released, so it's been 5 days).

I received a read receipt approximately two days after sending the email, so it looks like you just got unlucky I guess.
I still haven't received the actual statement of marks though yet.

could you share the email you sent it to? I sent mine on Wednesday so I'm concerned I may have emailed the wrong place.

Really? I sent my request at about 9AM on the 30th of December and they emailed me my statement of marks and statement of study scores for all my subjects at about 2PM the same day. Maybe something has went wrong?
