Title: Any tips on how to do exam questions faster?

My exams are coming up, and when I am going over practice examinations I keep running out of time. Particularly with descriptive subjects with lots of reading, like biology.

Does anyone have any tips on how to read and write faster?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
