How do you get a Premier's in a VET (particularly Sport & Rec)? Isn't it near impossible due to the scaling? Also, how does cohort performance affect an individual's? I was talking to one of the teachers earlier this year and he said that you can ace all the assessments and the exam but still get pulled down to ~Raw 30 so I was just wondering if that's true and if so, how does it happen?
