Title: What apps do you have on your phone, and how do you use them?

At the moment, I have:

* Domain
* Eventbrite
* Instagram
* Keep Notes
* Messenger
* Podcast Addict
* PTV
* Runkeeper
* Slack
* Snapchat
* Spotify
* Uber
* WhatsApp
* 2048

Some come and go, but they're the main ones. 2048 is the only game sort of app - I seldom use it (basically just on the train when I'm podcasting). Domain is my latest addition.

Would this be pretty reflective of other people here, or do you have different types of apps?

- Google Authenticator (instead of OktaVerify for uni. That OktaVerify app actually screwed my phone up so lol not going back there again >.>)
- Goodreads
- Messenger Lite (I went back to Messenger for a few weeks, I prefer lite though :D )
- Snapchat
- Westpac (because I cbf logging into my account on my laptop lmao)
- Instagram
- OneNote

^What are the advantages of Messenger Lite over Messenger? Less space required?

Nothing special. Just thr usual communication stuff, a few basic games, and my banking app

Less space required, no ads (which I noticed kept popping up on Messenger last time I had it aha) and no annoying drunk/other story popups from friends :D
Only downsides are the lack of chat heads, chat colours and reacts :)

I have way too many games, some i don't even play which is really weird. I do have netflix + spotify for train rides to school, and messenger, fb, discord and skype to talk to friends but everything else is gaming. Seeing everyone else with non-gaming apps makes me seem really inefficient  ::) I'm pretty sure I have nearly 30 games on my phone, half of which I don't even use. And ofc there's a whole folder dedicated to all the pokemon games I could ever want mehehehehe

I'm actually pretty surprised there haven't been more games so far. I wonder if phone space is an issue for some people. Like, I literally couldn't download another app atm unless I deleted stuff haha.

- Microsoft apps (Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word)
- Castbox (podcasts)
- Flo (period tracking app- is this even appropriate to mention?)
- Opal Travel
- Photomath
- Sephora
- Slack
- Spotify (recently got into this)
- Tide (usually use this on my iPad so I could sleep with the rain sound in the background)
- Whatsapp
- Instagram
- Snapchat
- Snapseed (photo editor)
- Facebook (+ Messenger)
- Twitter
- Skype
- Tumblr
- Pinterest

I don't really use Tumblr, Pinterest, Skype, Castbox, Microsoft apps and some Google apps.

Never heard of Clue, NextThere or ColorStory. What are they?

This is what happens when you are an unorganised person like me and get just about every app on the planet for no good reason.

The apps I actually use would be:
- Facebook
- Inbox by Gmail
- Bible
- Spotify
- Youtube
- Netflix
- snapchat
- messenger
- reddit
- Facebook Pages
- Bendigo Bank
- Quora
and then one of the many many games depending on how I'm feeling, but I don't actually play many games

the rest I don't really touch well ever. But the Vic Emergency I am going to set up the notifications on again because I am in a bushfire prone area.

* NextThere = real time data for all things public transport (pretty sure it's available in every state, NZ and some parts of America) Out of all public transport apps- this is the most reliable I swear on my life on it!!
* ColorStory = got this very recently and it is a photo editing app.

Why would I need apps when I have AN? :P

I actually don’t have very many:
-Default iPhone apps (iMovie etc)
-Instagram
-Outlook
-Snapchat
-Messenger
-signal
-gif keyboard
-Facebook
-Spotify
-Microsoft teams (school thing)
-Dropbox
-Eventbrite (AN lectures is to blame for this)
-imgur
-risk navigator (which I looked at once and haven’t touched since lol - it’s interesting though)

Spotify (definitely my fav/most used)
Facebook
Messenger
Allo (messaging app)
Pinterest
Newcastle Permanent banking app (same as insanipi)
Gmail
Kmart (for work rosters)
ABC and SBS news apps (i like to keep informed haha)
Alto's Adventure (a relaxing game with really pretty music and visuals)
Google maps
BOM weather app
Forest (a really cute study app where you plant a tree for a certain amount of time and you can't use your phone during that time or the tree dies, it's surprisingly motivating haha)

Forest is amazing! I've used in the past, and will probably get it back on my phone again soon! 100% recommend to everyone haha! ^-^
