Could you please provide more detail as to what you're asking?

Did you receive an offer and need help with enrolments? Are you hoping for an offer to study marine biology in the next round of offers (which will be Round 4, or February Round 3) and asking for whether people still get offers then? Are you asking something else entirely?

Would love to help you, but I'm a little confused as to what you're asking exactly.
