Quite a semester for students this was. I think the marks will be interesting this sem, considering the numerous potential scaling involved.

So, I've had a bit of a roller coaster of a day. I got results for all 4 of my subjects today. I now have two WAMs as I'm completing a concurrent diploma in Mathematical Sciences.
Bachelor of Biomedicine
\[\begin{matrix} \textbf{Subject} & \textbf{Mark} & \textbf{Grade Desc.} & \textbf{Credit Points}\\
\text{BIOM30002 Biomedicine: Molecule to Malady} & 66 & \text{H3^} &
12.5 \\
\text{ANAT30007 Human Locomotor Systems} & 88 & \text{H1} & 12.5 \\
\text{MAST20006 Probability} & 86 & \text{H1} & 12.5\end{matrix}\]
Concurrent Diploma in Mathematical Sciences
\[\begin{matrix} \textbf{Subject} & \textbf{Mark} & \textbf{Grade Desc.} & \textbf{Credit Points}\\
\text{MAST30021 Complex Analysis} & 100 & \text{H1} & 12.5 \end{matrix}\]
Of course, I'm trilled with my result in Complex Analysis. I worked incredibly hard for it :)
I definitely didn't give M2M the time it really deserved though. It was an open book exam and I fell into the trap of constantly referring to my notes, and so didn't finish. I wasn't prepared for the exam and I should've done better. I guess it is nice that 2020 subjects aren't counting towards the weighted GPA calculation for MD applications after all, and that M2M won't contribute to my Biomed WAM due to the uni's new policy concerning COVID-19, but that isn't a good enough reason to be slacking. I'm pretty disappointed in myself for that.
I'm very happy with ANAT - I've always loved human anatomy and I'm hoping that I can take Biomedical Science Research Project next year for anatomy :)
I got a little bit complacent with Probability. The subject is a lot easier than Complex Analysis, yet I made too many stupid errors in the exam, costing me easy marks.

- MAST20009 Vector Calculus: 93 H1
- BLAW10001 Principles of Business Law: 94 H1
- FNCE10002 Principles of Finance: 89 H1
- PHYC10001 Physics 1 Advanced: 82 H1
What a crazy semester it’s been, but overall I’m pretty happy with my first semester’s results.
First-year Physics 1 I really hated, and so didn’t really have much motivation to study properly for, and Finance I was relatively neutral on. But Vector Calculus and Business Law was super fun and enjoyable!
Next semester’s kinda looking pretty packed, so hoping it doesn’t get too overwhelming :)
