Title: gamsat and graduate med
Post by: rirerire on September 11, 2020, 08:24:54 pm
if anyone has experience with graduate med could you please give some insight? Do you wish you'd gotten into undergrad, like you wasted a few years etc or was it a positive experience? (I know this doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things lol).

I don't wanna give up w/out giving it a shot but how hard is the GAMSAT and how difficult is it to balance your undergrad degree while studying for it? If you could quantify it how many hrs of studying a day in uni?
If I can't pass the GAMSAT in the penultimate or final year of my undergrad degree what then, do I keep trying it until I pass or...?

I'm planning on a bachelor of science, although I've always been better at humanities subjects. Would I be better off doing a humanities degree like bachelor of arts or psychology or philosophy or something because I'm sure I'd find it easier to maintain a high GPA- although I'm concerned I'll end up w/out a job if the medicine thing doesn't work out in the end...
