Well 3X+2y =12 is the equation through which you need to make a graph.
In term of x>0 this in graphical sense means that while creating the graph your whole graph needs to have a x as a positive value. Thus it can not be less than 0. As it has the sign > it means the value can't be 0 as well. Thus when you create the graph make sure to make a open circle.
Sorry if it does not make a fulll sense but in end just remember that in the equation x can't be 0 or a negative number
