Neopets! I wasted the better part of my primary/early high school years on that site. Except I rarely played the games and mostly lurked the AC board and collected avvies. I was into the Altador Plot with the constellations and skipped the other plots because I fail at battling. There was also the plot with the staff members and they were on an island and got killed off every week/month and that was a bit creepy. I started playing in Grade 3 when you could get the entire set of secret lab maps for 20k total.
Ahh the lab ray
I was obsessed with getting all the maps which is pretty hard if you don't play games lol. But then Dr. Sloth gave me three transmorf potions in those ~Something Has Happened~ events over two days and I nearly had a heart attack. It was so ridiculous how happy that made me. Then I sold them for around 2 million np and made two of my pets mutants and the other as my lab pet.
I occassionally lurk there to see if anyone's still alive at my guild but otherwise new neopets is trying too hard and I don't like it. And the advent calendar. We all love the advent calendar.
"Oh dear! You have 1,671,364 Neopoints! Only really poor people (under 3,000 NP) can get handouts at the Soup Kitchen."
I also had a few accounts which got frozen.
Played Runescape for a bit and got bored. Tried ~Adventure Quest and got bored as well.
