Green tea is good for detoxing. I've also heard that it makes you more full so you'd be inclined to eat less, but honestly it makes me starving when I drink it so yeah.

good for skin

but don't drink it often, ocassionally is the best. apparantly it contains something that could stain your teeth as though you have been smoking for ages.

yah, a dentist told me.

and..
tea is the best when you drink it before dinners, because it makes you eat less, and improves your metabolism.

Be careful with brewing, don't put boiling water with the leaves >< Makes it rather bitter lol

Tea is a good herbal remedy which can cure many illness' and helps for a speedy recovery when sick, a personal fave of mine is earl gay tea.

oh and, honey lemon tea is good for cold and flu

add a piece of lemon and then honey (in moderately warm water, so the stuff in honey are not going to be denatured) and it will seriously make you feel better

I like my Japanese green tea and Lipton black tea. I also enjoy the occasional Tie Guan Yin.
I drank a lot of Earl Grey from T2 but they sucked after a while.
