Id make the logo more clear cos it looks blurry, other than that id maybe choose a different colour scheme.. like a blue/green one to match the colour of the bins. Although if you want to keep it yellow then by all means do so :)

There are actually a few things here like..

the logo as samuch mentioned ^^  and the colours aswell. Also it does look a little bland in that maybe make the whole thing just bigger overall to cover up the whole page.

but if I was doing it, then definitely would change colours but ofcourse its personal choice.

Good luck :)

Well according to the bullshit I learned in IT applications, you need to make a few changes to your website.
Instead of listing all your information in one page, you should make a number of links. I would do it like this:

In the navigation bar there would be three links: Home, Suburbs Serviced, Contact us.

Just make 3 pages and and keep the exact layout consistent, you don't want the layout of the website changing each time you click on a different link.

In the Home link, just write a little bit about the company, what it does, bin sizes etc.
In the suburbs serviced link just list the suburbs serviced lol
In the Contact Us link, show the phone number, name of the owner etc etc

Right now, its looking really simple, it needs some complexity.

Or just ask methodsboy or danieltennis, they both got above 40 for IT

EDIT: oh yeah, the colour scheme is horrible, go for some sleek colours like silver etc to make it look more moderns if you want.

Okay let's start off - tbh, the website looks as if it was made in 1995.
Have a conistent format - put links on the top or on the left hand said. Links are like words which take you to specific areas of the site. So links for this website could be: Contact Us, About Us, Suburbs Serviced. The company logo should be located ALWAYS on the top left of a website and should stay there when a new page is opened - same goes for the website title.

Now to colour schemes - the colours are rather bland. NEVER EVER use vivid colours. This is b/c it is offensive to the eye. Use dark colours which blend together. Such as dark green and blue. Images should be animated to make them more appealing to the eye. Also, the current logo twitches - this is dangerous to those who are prone to epileptic fits. May I ask, what program was used to make this?

I think flash will be

a) waste of time on your part
b) over-doing it because it isn't meant to be like a really top class site you know? Its just a way of spreading the information so maybe some people might not have fast internet or flash player and then it could be too much trouble.

By animations, i mean like making images fade in - it just makes the website look alive.

Also, u dont need to put the "Lion Bin Hire" logo in the mainframe - it's just a waste of space. Instead just  have a subheading saying "Welcome".
