they paid me $70/hour

I billed them for 6 hours (the lady said to) but really actually played for about 4.5 :)

wow that's.... so... good.. HA... SO GOOD.
Yup, it's almost 3 times what I earn in my current law-related job. When I told my (Asian, you'll-never-make-money-doing-music) parents this they told me to stfu :(

Another interesting observation: I witnessed about 7-8 people start crying in the middle of their vows. All of them were grooms; the brides all remained stoically calm. Ahem. :P

ohhh that's awesome, haha you made so much you have to spend on something exciting and worth it lol!

ha! that is strange, you wouldn't expect the groom to be the one crying... maybe your music got to them ninwa? you must be a very powerful pianist!;0

One of the couples asked me to play Shania Twain for when they walk down the aisle.

Haha she loveddd the charm :P She ended up coming to my house since I live next to the beach and because her brothers were home lol.
Watched a movie (American Pie LOL) with her on my lap haha :P and then we went to the beach and canoodled there lol ;).. it was great!
She had new year stuff to go to with the family that night though (she's asian, I'm aussie).
