and sorry if my wording was unclear: by purely cosmetic I meant girls who feel the need for bigger boobs. I wouldn't consider a burns treatment or skin grafts etc to be cosmetic, but rather a treatment for an injury, which is entirely justified. Hmm that was a bit unclear but hopefully you all see the distinction I'm trying to make.
