Deakin's Science/Commerce course!

Me is panic stricken.

I've got Deakin's Science/Commerce listed in my preferences and this is what the Majors list looks like:

Melbourne: Accounting, Accounting information systems, Biochemistry, Biology, Business (information systems), Business security management, Chemistry, Earth sciences, E-business, Economics, Environmental science, Finance, Financial planning, Human resource management, Information technology, Interactive marketing, International business, International trade, Law (commercial), Management, Marketing, Mathematics (modelling), Multimedia technology, Psychology, Quantitative business analysis.

Does that mean I can not Major in Mathematics? If yes, What exactly is mathematical modelling and how is it possible that there is no mathematics available for a course like commerce/science!?

well... the truth is that there is a state-wide conspiracy that everyone but you is in on where the VTAC site has been changed for the sole purpose of scaring you into changing courses because Deakin doesn't want you there. I know it must be hard for you to face but this is the truth.
