I intend to study at rmit for my chemical engineering undergrad, and then go to melbourne school of engineering for my postgrad. But i need to study certain math subjects. Does anyone know the RMIT equivalents of MAST10006 (Calculus 2) and MAST10007 (Linear Algebra)?

Why not just start with B.Sci at Melb Uni with Chemical Systems major then move onto the Chemical Engineering Masters? This pathway would probably be 5 years. The RMIT then Melbourne Eng will be 6 years I think depending on what you can get credited.

Yeah but from what i have looked into i would be better off getting the bachelor at Rmit and then moving onto Melbourne, but yes there may be some extra time.
Oh yeah that looks like exactly what it is, thanks.

Probably these two:

http://www.rmit.edu.au/courses/037887

Just so you know, you'll be doing in a B. Eng(Chem) at RMIT you'll be doing Engineering Mathematics B and Mathematics and Statics. These two units cover some Calculus and Linear Algebra, so you may be able to have those units credited as equivalent, you should contact Melbourne Uni and see if they will have them credited as equivalent (i'm sure it's a pretty common question :) )

Seems like a bizarre pathway (not choosing UoM B-Sci) - what's your reasoning?  Just interested.
2008 - 2010 | Bachelor of Production @ Victorian College of the Arts
2013 - 2015 | Bachelor of Science @ UoM (Bioengineering Systems)
2016 - 2017 | Master of Engineering (Biomedical) @ UoM
