Microsoft Word at 2 AM?

Hey AN,

So I have an urgent Legal Studies essay due tomorrow (not a SAC, but still), but my parents are forcing me to go to bed right now, since they're anal about me staying up late ever since school called home saying I was a consistent latecomer. They're taking away my computer and turning off the wifi, which I need to research the assignment.

Anyywayyy, I need to finish this thing and I'm wondering if there's anywhere in the city with Internet connection and Microsoft Word? I'd probably get to the city by 1AM or 2AM tonight. I haven't got much experience with Internet cafes so I don't know which ones are good. I don't mind paying a bit if I have to. Preferably one not packed with screaming game addicts though, as I hear they often are.

If you have Dowling (I had this essay thing with him as well - irrc it was something on Protection of Rights?) it's just a homework task - like doing one of those annoying Learning Activities. Would not risk going to the city/internet cafes. Just seems too disproportionate a risk to be taking.

The best thing to do, however, would be to communicate this with your parents and they should be understanding enough. Alternately, go to school library early - it opens at 8AM? Plus, iirc the textbook should be enough (without research) so you could ideally do the homework on paper.

(I apologise truly if this is a question on where to find internet cafes in city hidden under the guise of a fake question )

Thanks for the reassurance, I appreciate it! Yes, it's Dowling but I've been pretty much a goody two-shoes with him this whole year (for juicy SAC mark boosts) and I don't want to drop my record and lose potential SAC benefits. What risks would you be talking about, just wondering?

And no, this is an Inernet assignment (VLRC) but I DO have 3G; I guess if worst comes to worst and I can't find a suitable cafe, pen and paper is still alright. Thanks for that, I honestly didn't think of it haha

Sorry for the (relatively) late reply. No consequences, most people don't hand anything in come term 3. He probably will forget about it tbh. As for current Sac, I don't think he's personal enough to give SAc mark boosts....l
