Comfortable wireless earphones for small ears

Hi peeps,

In the process of buying a gift for a friend who has expressed the desire for wireless earphones for comfortable lab work during the day.

I have absolutely no experience in this area. Been reading a few reviews and came across Jabra Sport, Jaybird and the likes. They all have that ear hook thing though and I'm not sure how suitable they are to small ears. I've read good things about the Plantronics backbeat but you can't change the size of the ear buds, not sure if that's ideal or not.

Basically looking for comfort and fit over anything else. Any suggestions would be great! They won't be used for running, just lab work with a lot of movement.
