i was wondering how immigration laywer was like
do we still need to be present in the court, or just deal with immigrants, as i saw it on an airline show
and what would the enter be for Monash??? thanks

ENTER is same as normal law which is I think 98 or thereabouts. Any kind of lawyer needs to do a law degree

Depends on what kinda lawyer you become. Barrister = the person in court who does all the talking. Solicitor = person dealing with paperwork, research etc. Both would deal with immigrants I think, if they're immigration lawyers ...
