What is the minimum atar for this course?

Hey if someone could help me...

http://www.engineering.unsw.edu.au/biomedical-engineering/dual-degrees

And then within that this course:

 Program 3768 - Chemical Engineering (Honours) / Biomedical Engineering

What is the minimum atar? Even though i am in VCE, what prerequisites do I need? My subjects are in my signature
