Can we attach school reports as a form of proof for rural application?

and another thing

I know this isnt queensland, but where do we apply for rural or regional bonus. I tried finding it under educational disruption like it said but it had other options such as 'distance education' and 'other significant causes eg floods earthquake'. O.o
